Измененная версия ссылочной кодовой матрицы, которая используется, когда перемешивание кодов применяется для варьирования кодов в КМ. Матрица перемешивания кодов имеет или 128 строк и 128 столбцов (когда все 128 кодов активны), или 127 строк и 128 столбцов (когда в S-CDMA кадре активны менее 128 кодов). Когда активны менее 128 кодов, Код 0 (все единицы) в матрице отсутствует, но все остальные присутствуют, даже если в кадре активно менее 127 кодов (МСЭ-Т T.800).
